- Responsible for End to End Recruitment of pan India positions
- Providing talent benchmarking and market landscape for quality hiring.
- Creating the leadership talent pool from the market.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, portals, social media, headhunting, industrial mapping etc.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Ensuring the vacant positions to be closed as per defined SLA's.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis to manage current and future hiring needs.
- Offer negotiations and joining formalities.
- To ensure offer align to internal grade parity.
- Experience of preparing MIS / Decks - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly
- experience in hard core recruitments across levels from a pharma company
- Experience of presenting status of recruitment to senior management team and a good negotiator.
