Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

- Employee Engagement: Create and maintain a positive employee experience to enhance retention and satisfaction.

- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, ensuring alignment between employee goals and organizational objectives.

- Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure that talent needs are identified and met effectively.

Organizational Development (OD):

- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business strategies.

- Culture Development: Promote and maintain a strong organizational culture through workshops, team-building activities, and leadership development.

- Workforce Planning: Assess and advise on workforce requirements to meet future business needs.

- Organizational Design: Lead efforts in evaluating and improving organizational structure to enhance efficiency and communication.

Learning & Development (L&D):

- Training Programs: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employees' skills, leadership capabilities, and overall performance.

- Leadership Development: Develop and manage leadership development initiatives aimed at building a strong leadership pipeline within the organization.

- Learning Strategy: Build a continuous learning culture and strategies that support employee career growth, retention, and engagement.

- Assess Training Needs: Conduct needs assessments and ensure that learning initiatives align with both individual and organizational needs.

- Learning Technologies: Evaluate and implement learning technologies (e.g., Learning Management Systems) to improve the delivery and effectiveness of L&D programs.
