Job Description :
- Hiring for Non-Tech roles, Business Development, (RTMI, Distribution, Co-living, Student Housing) & Customer Experience (Customer Delight, Demand, Field Ops, Inside Sales, Student Housing), Finance, Legal, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, F&B, Product, CEO's Office, Marketing)
- Stakeholder Management : Working with different hiring managers so as to understand the business requirements and deliver on the set date/deadlines & Quality
- Process Improvement - Continuous improvement of TA Processes
- Process Adherence - Responsible for Process Adherence of Tools (Freshteam, HROne), Feedbacks, Debrief
- Vendor Management - Responsible for managing vendor coordination, rate negotiations, renewal, support, technical issues for Naukri, IIMJobs, Hirist, Freshteam, HROne, Unihyr, Xobin etc
- Campus Relations - Managing Tier 1, 2 & 3 colleges(Hiring for MTs, BLP, Trainee, Interns), Responsible to map tier 2 & tier 3 colleges and prepare a list of such colleges where we could hire FTEs/Trainee/Interns as per our requirements
- IJP & Referral Program - Managing Employee Referrals and inputs to Payroll team and IJP Process for internal hire,
- Candidate Experience - Taking care of candidates experience to improve hiring process, candidate relationship
- TA Automation - Responsible to automate the manual hiring process, dashboard, TA Metrics & Insights
