Team Handling
- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
- Coordinating with Vertical heads (Managers) on talent pool availability, interview, offer negotiation, offer proposal and offer roll out, employee On-boarding etc.
- You shall part of the core team, thus would be required to understand and act in accordance to the company's growth plans.
- Team Management
Responsibilities Include :
- Understanding and Identification of talent
- Establish & manage the talent acquisition process
- Build a healthy talent community that includes a high volume of targeted candidates
- Conduct initial HR screen of candidates and contribute to the pipeline
- Imagining positions, responsibilities, & talent capabilities required to be successful in those positions
- Benchmark positions against existing positions at other companies to identify hires
- Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities
Qualification :
- MBA HR/ Management graduate with prior experience in technology/Business Development hiring for Product/e-Commerce companies
Preferred Qualities and Skills :
- Excellent Communication Skills (both Written and Verbal)
- A 'can do it' attitude
- Someone who can multitask and juggle between many things at a time!
- Candidates with a Start-up Experience would be preferred
