Our client is a leading NBFC firm in India and looking to hire experienced talent acquisition professional with solid experience in NBFC or Retail lending sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end to end corporate recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Managing senior stakeholders and fulfilling the hiring responsibilities.
- Responsible for defining, developing and driving the international recruitment strategy.
- Conduct competitive research on market trends, gather candidate feedback and benchmark best practices using insights to improve processes in relation to recruiting and retention
Key criteria:
- Full time MBA degree.
- Excellent power point presentation skills and English communication skills
