Ideal candidate - a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute/university and a minimum of 8 years of post qualification experience in a manufacturing industry.

- Talent Acquisition - Recruitment process for India

- Coordinate with hiring managers

- Assess candidates' information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references

- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

- Source applicants through online channels
