Manager/Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition - Leadership Hiring
Master or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
Job Purpose :
- Purpose of the role will be in centralizing critical hiring including leadership & international roles under a single umbrella. This includes in setting up internal executive search mechanism, developing processes to recruit international and leadership candidates.
- The role additionally requires for the incumbent to manage a small team/provide leadership to recruiters.
- Accountable to deliver 12 to15 leadership roles in house & international roles
- Build strong partnership with senior stakeholders
- Work on projects as relevantly assigned by Head of Recruitment
- The incumbent is also accountable to deliver majority of the international roles in house
- Develop dashboards/processes for leadership and international recruiting
- The incumbent will also manage critical roles that may not necessarily at Leadership level
- Develop relevant metrics & performance dashboards in conjunction with the Head of Recruitment
- Compliance to related systems and processes internally
- Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
