- As a Leadership Recruiter, you would be responsible to identify, attract, and hire top-tier executive and leadership talent for our client.
- You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their needs and strategically source candidates who align with the company's goals, culture, and vision.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber leadership candidates through various channels such as direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and partnerships with relevant industry groups.
- Deliver a consultative and high-quality executive search service to business and be involved in creating talent strategies to help us hire top leadership talent.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential leadership candidates for current and future openings, fostering relationships with passive candidates and cultivating a strong network within the industry.
- Continuously refine and improve the recruitment process, leveraging data and analytics to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall success in attracting top leadership talent.

- 8 + years of Executive Search across the technology hiring space
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
