We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our clients team!
As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for the company.
Candidates from E-commerce / Retail or New Age firms / Start-ups will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sustainable and attractive Talent Acquisition plans and strategies.
- Stakeholder Management Understanding the need and designing the hiring strategies, partnering with business and advising them on talent market pool and trends.
- Identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, networking, leveraging relevant social media and referrals.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Drive TA KPIs TAT, Source Mix, People cost etc.; TA Analytics.
- Drive Automation and process improvements for effective and efficient TA execution.
