Role : Manager . Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Location: Chennai
Exp - 8 Yrs- 15 Yrs
Key competencies (knowledge/experience):
- Proven track record of full life cycle experienced IT recruiting for a large firm - preferably professional services
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required
- Ability to develop and implement successful experienced hire recruiting programs with excellent strategic and creative thinking, project management, and analytic skills
- Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems
- Heavy experience with key sources for candidates as well as the proven ability to develop a network- to source experienced candidates
- Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization
- Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires
- Good organizational skills
- Understanding of key technology trends, market landscape, compensation and benefits standards.
- Knowledge to prove and assess appropriate skill sets of various practice areas
- Ability to lead, direct and work on a variety of projects simultaneously - and, be a champion supporting recruiting initiatives (new systems, improving processes etc.)
- Knowledge of the market indicators which affect experienced hiring
- Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic with strong teaming skills
- Proven ability to work in a changing environment and be able to develop new approaches to old problems
- Ability to work with support staff; administrative and coordinators
- Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the organization
- Exceptional negotiating skills with internal and external clients/candidates
- Mentor and coach coordinator and sourcing team members.
- Regular follow up with candidates on periodic basis.
- Willing to travel outstation for recruitment activities.
- Proficient in office computer software/systems (Ms Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
