Position: Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

Role Details:

Reports to: AVP - HR

Job Objectives:

To work very closely with the business & corporate teams on current staffing needs and produce staffing projection at all levels of an organisation.

As a Talent Acquisition Lead help the company to find and retain excellent employees.

To have ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Job Responsibilities & Skills:

1. Strong track record of hiring talent for current and future needs at all levels of an organisation.

2. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.

3. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes for final closure until offer stage(interviews, screening calls, offer negotiations etc.)

4. Map and prepare a talent pool from various organisations for all new & existing manpower requirements for all business units.

5. Carry out targeted hiring to ensure timely closure on existing requirements maintaining the TAT.

6. Liaison with External Hiring partners for all ongoing requirements, managing the entire interview process for candidates.

7. Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.

8. Supervise recruiting personnel for effective qualified leads.

9. Generate ready pipeline for future hiring needs maintaining the flow of candidates.

10. Maintain intelligent Hiring & Manpower related trackers & MIS.

11. Promote Employee referral program.

12. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

13. Work towards talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans with the AVP-HR.

14. Maintain the sourcing mix to reduce the cost per hire.

15. Assist AVP-HR towards effective planning as per the manpower projection & budgets.

Education & Work Experience:

1. MBA in Human Resources (Regular).

2. Experience in Intellectual property (IP) recruitment is preferable.

3. Minimum of 10-13 years- of experience in 80% recruitment & 20% operations.

We are looking for a Seasoned candidate with excellent communication skills, with very good exposure in technical hiring.
