Manager / Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluates the resumes of prospective candidates and determines degree of skill match; recommends or declines appropriately and forwards only qualified candidate resumes to the hiring manager for review
- Oversees the applicant tracking process, assuring that each candidate is tracked from initial resume through closure of the resume either through selection or rejection.
- Evaluates periodically the Talent Acquisition process, and interfaces with candidates during the recruiting and evaluation process to assure excellent candidate experience.
- Coordinates and consults with hiring supervisors in the final selection process
- Oversees the departmental weekly & monthly MIS, tracking each team member and group metrics on search workload, time to fill, cost of hire, recruiting plans, source of hire, quality of hire, etc., and integrate the same to create a monthly report /MIS
- Provides weekly MIS and updates to the leadership team on recruitment statuses and ensures hiring numbers, requisitions and approvals are in alignment to the Manpower Budget
- Evaluates various sourcing channels including job portals, social networking platforms, website, employee referral and sourcing partners and deploys best practices for each channel to ensure proper effectiveness of the channels being used for hiring
- Will oversee the on-boarding of new employees and will ensure necessary compliances of onboarding are adhered to
Desired Profile:
- A minimum of 6+ years of recruiting experience working in the BFSI industry, NBFCs preferred
- Master's degree in HR
