- Involved in End to End Recruitment process.
- Employee Engagement Activities, Performance Management, Annual Appraisal & HR Reports.
- Experience in building teams from scratch and setting up organizations.
- Adept at solving business problems using reporting & analytics capabilities.
- Should have helped build the team, driven/strategized product hiring and understand the full lifecycle of the recruitment process.
- Should have excellent business acumen skills and done/implemented innovative hiring to identify top product talent in the region.
