Responsibilities :

- Drive implementation of talent acquisition strategies at the BU level and update them periodically in line with the changing business dynamics and emerging market trends

- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition process at the BU level and steer the process of attracting, sourcing, assessing, hiring and onboarding the best talent

- Maintain accurate records and conduct timely process audits for the assigned BU to ensure process compliance and efficiency

- Drive best-in-class practices in recruitment which foster an environment of operational excellence whilst focusing on stakeholder management and delivery.

- Strategize and deliver on the organization's DEI agenda

- Remain abreast of any legal and compliance requirements affecting the recruitment function.

- Responsible for evaluating internal candidates efficiently for upcoming opportunities as per the set IJP policy before exploring outside the organization

- Monitor the use, cost, and effectiveness of diverse channels like social media, job boards, vendors, and agencies to source candidates for open positions

- Monitor documentation of applicant data, analysis and matching of applicant profiles for interviews

- Oversee the initial screening process, preliminary interviews and assessment tools used to shortlist candidates

- Conduct diagnostic tests for skill and competency fitment of shortlisted candidates

- Provide timely feedback to candidates about their candidature

- Manage and maintain a talent bank of applicant data for future recruitment efforts

Qualifications :

- Graduate with 10+ years of demonstrated functional and technical expertise in hiring related to Airports and specifically AERO line of business.

- Proven track record of partnering with business leaders, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders to analyze business goals, and identify talent needs/or gaps to develop and implement programs to find the right talent against current and future hiring needs.

- Experience using an applicant tracking system preferably ORC.

- Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle

- Strong attention to detail, planning, and organization skills

- Great team player, and effective communicator
