Job Title: Manager / Sr Manager Talent Acquisition (HR)

Location: Pune Maharashtra - 411035.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager OR Sr Manager Talent Acquisition to lead hiring efforts. The role requires strong expertise in stakeholder management, vendor partner collaboration, campus hiring, and employer branding to ensure the recruitment of top talent. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition - Corporate, Sales, R&D and Manufacturing Hiring

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for roles across various levels.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

- Utilize job portals, headhunting, social media, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.

- Ensure the right talent is hired within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand hiring needs and align talent strategies accordingly.

- Provide market insights, hiring trends, and competitor intelligence to stakeholders.

- Ensure smooth communication and alignment on hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate experience.

Vendor & Partner Management

- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals for sourcing talent.

- Monitor vendor performance through regular review meetings and ensure quality deliverables.

- Negotiate contracts and manage recruitment costs effectively.

Campus Hiring & Employer Branding

- Plan and execute campus hiring drivers in coordination with top engineering and business schools.

- Build strong relationships with placement cells to establish a strong employer presence.

- Drive employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, social media campaigns, and employee testimonials to position the company as an employer of choice.

Recruitment Analytics & Process Optimization

- Maintain and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.

- Ensure best hiring practices by leveraging ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other HR technology.

- Continuously improve hiring processes to enhance candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.

- 12 years+ of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Sales & Manufacturing hiring.

- Proven track record in stakeholder management, vendor relations, and campus hiring.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, assessment techniques, and employer branding strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
