- Minimum of 7-8 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in tech and non-tech hiring, with experience in closing sales and leadership positions.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing channels and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to effectively manage and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus Masters in HR / Personnel Management from a Tier I or Tier II management college
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire top-tier candidates for various roles, including tech and non-tech positions.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job portals, and other talent acquisition partners.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the talent acquisition team, fostering their professional development and ensuring their success.
