Talent Acquisition Role
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilising various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms, to identify potential candidates.
- Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and desired candidate profiles.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for the organisation, promoting its culture, values, and unique selling points to attract top talent.
- Crafting compelling job advertisements and descriptions that communicate the company's vision and attract qualified candidates.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and other industry professionals to expand the talent pool.
- Utilising advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches and data mining, to uncover and engage passive candidates.
- Proactively seeking out potential candidates through online platforms, industry events, and professional networks.
- Building a diverse candidate pool by actively seeking candidates from underrepresented groups and promoting inclusivity within the recruitment process.
