Key Responsibilities:


- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution


- Develop and implement a robust recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.


- Drive high-volume hiring for warehouse, supply chain, technology, and business roles.


- Utilize data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hires.


- Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.


- Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration


- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.


- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.


- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.


- Employer Branding & Market Intelligence


- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the quick commerce industry.


- Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media, referral programs, and job fairs.


- Monitor market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and salary benchmarks.


- Process Optimization & Compliance


- Continuously refine and automate hiring processes to improve efficiency.


- Ensure adherence to labor laws, diversity hiring goals, and compliance requirements.


- Implement recruitment metrics and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications & Skills:


- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.


- Strong expertise in high-volume hiring, especially in quick commerce, e-commerce, or logistics.


- Proven ability to manage recruitment campaigns for tech and non-tech roles.


- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.


- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvements and metrics.
