- End to end Talent Acquisition for corporate and plants at multiple locations.

- Sourcing suitable candidates for the company through various channels including job boards, reference, consultants, college campus, etc.

- Screening, interview, selection, joining - complete ownership of the process.

- Timely closure of the open roles.

- B.Tech / BE / MBA

- 12-18 years of relevant experience

- Talent Acquisition / Campus Placements / Should have worked with Corporates / ATS or other softwares / Job Portal and other social media platforms.

- Good negotiations skills

- Should have worked in Manufacturing companies.

- Good communications skills, personality and interpersonal skills
