Desired Candidate profile: B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (only from a premier institute such as IIMs - A/B/C/L/I and K, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, NMIMS, JBIMS, MDI and FMS) with a good academic background
Industry Background: Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background (Business excellence / functional role) with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed - Business transformation, Business process Reengineering, Market assessment, Post-merger integration, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Distribution improvement / transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management / transformation
