We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager - Subscriber Marketing (Retention) with a Top Brand
Location - Mumbai
Job Specification:
Manager Subscriber Marketing will be a self-starter responsible for marketing strategies and programs that drive increased customer retention
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Data champion:
- Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Work closely with the Analytics team on machine learning models to improve retention
- Target setting for AOP and monthly numbers
Customer & Market research:
- Generate deep insights about customers through market visits, interviews, Tele-calling, and VOC reports.
Campaign management:
- Ideate, build, test, and optimize retention programs, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights
- Execute the GTM - comms elements, outreach through various channels, and campaign operations
Customer Lifecycle Management:
- Identify, control & manage platform changes that have a direct/indirect impact on subscriber retention
- Lead key customer projects by working closely with key stakeholders across the organization like Product, Marketing, Support, Finance, IT, Legal, Tech, and Sales
- Identify new ways to delight customers through customer journeys
Cost Management:
- Continuously endeavor to curb costs and streamline expenses to meet ROCE targets
Skills:
- Customer obsession: Passion for solving customer problems and proven track record of exceeding customer expectations
- Strong analytical skills: Proven track record of turning insights into actionable plans. Experience with tools like Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI, SQL
- Experimentation mindset: Strong bias for action with a curiosity for testing and innovation
- Solid project management skills: the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Ability to work with and influence team members and senior leaders across the organization
Requirements:
- MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing from a premier institute.
- Marketing experience in the Subscription business would be preferred Telecom/DTH/Entertainment/Streaming services/Edtech
