TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

- You should have Business understanding & Analysis

- You should have Strong understanding of MIS tools and reporting systems (SQL, Business object, SAP, SAS, etc)

- You should have skills which may enable you to Manage data for various functions and MIS reporting

- Your Proficiency in Excel, Macros development is required

- You should have hands-on experience in Automation of report generation using Excel Formulas & Automation (VBA)

- You must have exposure to quantitative analysis tools

- You should be able to manage the Relationship with various stakeholders

- You should have knowledge of Insurance industry practices and standards.

- You should have Knowledge of Proficient at Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project.

Your Experience :

- MBA with 7+ years of experience (from a premium b-school)

- 5 years experience in mis reporting and business analytics in an information technology or related field

Your Responsibilities :

- Set up MIS structure for the company and senior management

- Create Strong liaison with stakeholders and set right metrics and dashboard for business reviews and decision making

- Do the Quality check for accuracy and effectiveness of the dashboards

- Should be able to Understand linkages with internal IT systems (Operation, Finance, etc)

- Create & Finalize dashboard requirements and liaison with IT for automation

- Provide analysis of key metrics and recommend improvements in the dashboards

- Create reports and share information through the analysis for unusual and interesting trends, patterns that indicate problems that needs to be addressed or opportunities to investigate

- Consolidate and analyze business metrics

- Catering to the routine and ad-hoc reporting requirements

- Analyze and Identify conflicts/ issues/risks in a timely manner to the senior stakeholders

- Set up, facilitate, and/or participate in meetings with stakeholders and working groups. Outputs include stakeholder review decks and minutes, of meeting etc.

- Facilitate periodical Business Reviews

- Create governance frameworks and own monitoring of it and provide feedback to the senior management
