Senior/Manager - Strategy (For Women returning post Career Break)
1. To work closely with Senior Management to identify strategic priorities for achieving organizational goals
2. To convert organizational priorities into KRAs and work with teams for achievement of organizational KRAs
3. To drive the creation and updation of long-term strategic plans, structures and processes.
4. To lead organization wide cross functional teams for driving effective outcomes
5. To lead business /sustainability plan development for specific priority programs
6. To identify opportunities to integrate non-thematic programs (institutions, innovation & entrepreneurship) into overall strategy
