Job Description:

1) Strategy Consulting.

2) Category evaluation and prioritization and deep dive into Market potential, product portfolio, addressable market.

3)Evaluate the capabilities required like R&D, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, organization structure and sourcing.

4)Collecte Consumer Insights visiting Modern Trade outlets and Interviewed potential vendors for manufacturing

5)Formulate the Brand Architecture for shortlisted categories and assessed companies for acquisition possibilities.

6)Responsible to drive decision making by identifying, analyzing, package and delivery of market performance of products.
