- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling.
Sales Meetings and Presentations:
- Schedule and conduct effective sales meetings with key decision-makers to understand their energy needs and challenges.
- Present compelling proposals and solutions that demonstrate the real cost savings and environmental benefits of Renewable Energy.
- Inspire clients to take action and transition to Renewable Energy sources through persuasive communication.
- Deal Closure/Sales Conversion
- Negotiate win-win deals
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
- Team Management
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
- Accountable for achieving its own as well as its team sales target
- Candidate Profile - Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in tele-prospecting/Marketing and consultative selling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Should have excellent skills in office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Remuneration No bar for the right candidate.
