Attributes we are looking for :
- MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes
- 1+ year of experience post MBA from top tier Management consulting firms / B2B or B2C start-ups
- Experience in leading customer/partner engagement and retention in a B2B/B2C startup would be a plus
- Ability to work with senior leadership and management teams across business units
- Ability to get on the ground be part of functional teams and execute the strategy is a must
- Should be comfortable managing and working with ambiguity and finding solutions from the same
- High Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ability to use SQL will be a plus
Role Description :
- Develop, oversee, and implement new and existing programs and projects which create short-term and long-term value for the company
- Conceptualize, design, and roll out the blueprint for new business initiatives; work with various departments internally to implement the same
- Lead expansion and business increase from existing customers and partners based on deep data insights
- Own, plan, execute and ensure the success of various retention and engagement plans for customers and partners
- Devise new and evolving metrics to track and improve customer/partner experience, engagement and retention
- Developing strategies for entering new markets and expanding our offerings
- Working as an internal influential business strategy consultant to understand the customers and solve for their pain points
- Creating progress reports, proposals and other documents and presentations for active tracking and implementation of existing and new programs
- Market research into possible new business segments and business lines, inclusive of theoretical and on-ground research
- Working closely with the founders on multiple ad-hoc projects, ranging from new corporate partnerships, business development, etc.
- Play a major role in specific enhancements of current business systems to meet changing business needs and priorities. Perform process, data, and business analysis as required
- Ad-hoc internal projects which impact the current funnel performance of the company
- You may also need to network, helping your company develop relationships with external and internal partners
