Manager/Senior Manager - Statutory Audit - CA - Big4

We are urgently looking for Manager / Sr Manager - Statutory Audit with one of the Big4 firm in Mumbai location.

Experience : 3+ years in Statutory audit after CA.

Qualification : only CA preferred, Non FS domain/industry

Skills : Statutory Audit, Financial Statements Analysis,Tax Audit, Special Purpose Audits, Statutory Compliance, Internal Control, Client Relationship Management, Reporting & Documentation, Team Management

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Excellence in planning & performing statutory audit engagements for existing as well as new clients

- Proficiency in formulating & implementing financial systems& procedures and contributing towards improved financial performance, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls

- Skills in managing complex audit assignments requiring in-depth understanding of company procedures, as well as audit and accounting standards

- Hands-on experience in managing projects & processes with focus on balancing multiple priorities by considering risk, criticality, level of urgency, political impacts and other linkages

- Significant exposure in analysing & reporting financial information to executive management; working with strategic business units to ensure accurate & value added analysis

- Expertise in assessing risk and applying results to the prioritization of audit projects & objectives; developing audit programs that tested the level of risk which could be addressed by redefining controls within the assigned business area.
