Role Summary
Manager/Senior Manager Staffing
- Looking for a Seasoned Resource Management professional with strong exposure managing Stakeholders/Clients.
- MBA with 9-13 years of work experience in Staffing/ Talent/ Consulting Business operations OR Demonstrated leadership experience in client facing consulting work with at least 4 years of consulting work experience (having played Senior Consultant equivalent or higher roles).
Key Accountabilities-:
- The Staffing Manager will support the Senior Stakeholders across strategic and operational dimensions, and be responsible for staff deployment on consulting projects.
- Work closely with the team to align on path forward for individuals at key junctions and maintain correct records throughout.
- Proactively connect with individuals for periodic check-ins; Chart out annual engagement plan with classes to cover topics such as transfers, staffing in new roles (e.g., post level change or promotion), long duration staffing allocations etc.
- Provide staffing capacity visibility to firm leadership Periodically provide view on near-term capacity, share weekly resource snapshot reports from local staffing systems
- Share fortnightly dashboard with Partners to provide visibility into staffing resource
- deployment and investment commitments Produce quarterly staffing and investment reports and engage with Staffing VP to highlight opportunities for improving utilization and experience for the office (and/ or by class, location).
- Build capabilities of direct reports and help them transition into leadership roles by giving
- helpful feedback, tracking performance and following up on development plan.
