Duties and Responsibilities :
- The candidate will be responsible for re-engineering.
- Review and understand existing Business processes and organization structure to identify business functional requirements for substantial improvement in business & operational processes to eliminate waste, improve controllership and deliver flexibility.
- Should be able to identify business use case & implement the same
- Identify processes for re-design; prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information, and suggest a recommended course of action by identifying modifications to existing processes.
Project - Manage new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions; identify and provide preliminary benefit of potential options.
- Assist and/or implement new processes and organizational changes as accepted by all stakeholders with respect to these functions & businesses.
- Document workflows to train all respected stakeholders to use and improve new process.
Required Qualifications :
- Should have a MBA/Post Graduate Degree from a Premier Management School.
- Should have technology orientation and attitude to challenge status-quo.
- Should have high degree of passion and self-belief.
- Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter.
- Should possess the below skill sets:
- Team Management Skills
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Negotiation Skills & influencing skills
- Analytical & Problem Solving skills
