Hiring For A Leading FMCG
JD for the position of Manager/SM - Compensation & benefit :
- Owning the Compensation & benefit track during the end to end M&A & rebadge cycle
- This would involve conducting detailed due diligence to highlight deal synergies/breakers and loop in the appropriate internal/external stakeholders to create an effective solution
- Would be required to own the C&B integration by drafting & executing a detailed charter through liaison with the Business HR teams keeping the business context in perspective
- Coordinate with the regional compensation experts to oversee a smooth diligence & integration process globally
- Report out key C&B metrics & health indicators for acquisitions & rebadges
- Drive other key compensation & benefits projects
Required Skills & Background :
- Knowledge and experience with compensation & benefits specializing in India compensation & having a global context
- Good communication & analytical skills
- Ability to drive organizational level projects and work with senior stakeholders
- An MBA in HR from a reputed school is a MUST
- Candidate must be specialist in compensation & benefit
