Position Overview:

Content is at the core of ZEE5.The role holder shall be an integral part of SVOD Marketing team for managing the Movies and Original content launched in the subscription video on demand category for ZEE5 India. The incumbent will take the reign on building brand authority by publishing high quality social content across all social channels with key focus on driving social media talkability, buzz and stoking organic spread-through.

What You'll Do:

- Work with central social media teams to drive maximum leverage of network strength and to refine social media strategy and best practices for Movies and Original content launched in the subscription video on demand category for ZEE5 India.

- Communication Development: Working closely with agency partners to create compelling consumer communication backed by strong insights to build organic buzz.

- Develop the go-to-market social media and content plan to deliver the agreed business goals.

- Responsible for driving Innovation, Engagement across all social media platforms.

- Develop large & active communities that propagate Brand Love for specific shows, engaged to social media & flow through to platform in the form of increased platform usage.

- Measure, Analyze & report ROI of social media efforts project wise, including traffic, audience growth, engagement, reach. Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns / collections.

- Champion proactive real-time-marketing & topical/occasion led themes being manifested on social platforms through interesting campaigns.

- Manage AVOD pages along with language pages and ensure proper messaging is being executed across all platforms, leveraging the strength of each platform.

- Build, Leverage & expand the network of Influencers, bloggers & publishers.

- Closely working with central social media teams to drive maximum leverage of network strength.

- Drive user acquisition, engagement and retention by optimally investing across platforms.

- Monitor performance of each platform; identify and implement opportunities for improvement.

- Ability to build huge people network/ increase the traffic or fans on social media profile pages.

- Optimize results for campaigns by working with creative team on A/B testing content.

- Knowledge of Analytics and Planning tools.

- Proven ability to think strategically, with a balanced analytical and creative approach, and the ability to teach others to think strategically.

- Assist with copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed for notifications, social media updates, etc.

- Manage agency partners to collaboratively achieve the KPIs set at the start of the year.

- Stay up to date and informed on social media trends and adapt accordingly.

Who You Are:

- 5- 8 years of strong digital & social media experience preferably from Media, Entertainment, Digital Agency verticals.

- Post-Graduate, MBA in Marketing ( desirable) with demonstrated courses on overall digital marketing and especially social media certified courses.

- Work experience with a mix of exposure on social media agency & on client side as well.

- The ability to proactively build strong working relationships with internal and external contacts to deliver exemplary service at all times is essential to the role.

- Strong planning and project management skills and ability to work in fast paced environment.

- Project ownership and ability to work cross functionally.

- Great stakeholder management - good interpersonal communication skills
