Job Description for Manager
- Monthly and quarterly calculation of Embedded Value, Value of New business, expense overruns, Analysis of embedded Value.
- Tracking of competitors KPIs
- Analysis of KPIs with the expected results
- Assist in calculation of Economic Capital and RBC
- Modelling/Testing new blocks of business on Prophet
- Finding ways to automate processes to improve the team's efficiency
- Explaining results and responding to stakeholders' queries
- Other one off actuarial requirements/ projects
- Support the team leader/Appointed Actuary in preparing and presenting actuarial reports to the company's management and external stakeholders
- Mentoring juniors/other actuarial team members in the team on day to day basis.
Qualification - Minimum 4 + Actuarial papers (New Curriculum)
3+ years in Actuarial field out of which 2+ years in direct Indian Life Insurance Company
Qualification for Sr. Manager-Minimum 7 + Actuarial papers (New Curriculum)
5+ years in Actuarial field out of which 4+ years in direct Indian Life Insurance Company
