Job Description

Position: Manager/Senior Manager

Unit: BIU

Function: Secured Asset Analytics (Home Loan/Loan Against Property/Car Loan/Working Capital)

Experience: 3-6 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Home Loan, Loans Against Property, Working Capital, Car Loan Product/Credit and Policy teams in any of the following areas - acquisitions, authorizations, underwriting, existing customer management to understand their requirements and come up with analytical solutions

- Develop Acquisition and account management strategies and scorecards

- Interact, communicate effectively with business partners on model policy, model approval process and model implementation

- Must have knowledge and expertise to ensure proper risk management by tracking key risk metrics and analyzing trends in the portfolio

- Must have capability to clearly communicate analysis and present it to business stakeholders

- Ability to work efficiently in a matrix environment balancing between both business and functional interactions and priorities

Education:

- MBA or Masters with specialization in Statistics, Economics or other quantitative discipline

Skills:

- Base and Advanced SAS

- SQL

- SAS EMiner

- Advanced Excel

- Powerpoint

Preferred Skills:

- Secured Assets Acquisition policy and portfolio management experience is preferred.
