Manager/Senior Manager - SCM Operations Project Management - Telecom

ERP/SAP module exp Reqd: Min 5 years

Job Profile:

- Well versed with the Project Management Practices, Process Implementation & Deployment, Quality Planning & Assurance & training to Customer Partner & Internals, In depth understanding of the project management tools, designing, development, testing, implementation; troubleshooting

- Leading Part of Global PMO Organization team "Centralized Reporting and Documentation Desk" at India.

- Billing and Operation support to Sales Team

- Technical issues and Testing in SAP and Invoicing tool

- Issue handling such as out of scope and deferred cost

- Vendor payment process and technical issues.

- Coordination with finance, sales and Solpar management for system related issues resolution

- Work Order Gap analysis

- WCC analysis for Telecom projects

- Ageing analysis & follow up for long pending sites with WCC milestones

- Identifying Billing candidate sites and their tool pendency

- Auditing sales team's consolidated WCC tracker used for billing to ensure zero missing cases

- WCC status update for partially completed approvals

- Assisting in clearing billing issues as instructed

- Activity financing Presentation to Management

1. Fully understanding holistic ERP system and process, and has an experience of at least one part of ERP module

2. Fully understanding end to end order processing from customer PO to billing/Solpar invoice and has an experience of at least one part of process

3. Excellent skill to manage/audit database beyond Microsoft excel

4. Experience of base station business at least 3 years.
