Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities :

- Brand Representation.

- Be the face of the company for the emerging verticals I.e Sanitaryware & Bathing Segment.

- Build strong relationships with dealers, project teams, and specifiers, ensuring they understand and embody Companie's values for these new product lines.

- Reaching out to the end customers to foster trust and loyalty towards Company Brand.

- Sales Leader.

- Revenue Growth: Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets across all emerging verticals.

- Market Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through dealer leads.

- Sales Conversion: Lead the sales team to effectively convert leads and opportunities into revenue.

- Lead by Example: To convert self-owned 75 ABCD Customers in actual sales.

- Team Management.

- Mentorship & Development: Mentor and guide your sales team, providing sales & product training and support for their personal and professional growth.

- Performance Management: Set performance plans and targets for your team members and conduct regular reviews (weekly/ bi-weekly) to ensure accountability.

- Ensuring that the team has to develop strong relationships of all the customer universe in their fold.

- Educational Initiatives.

- Product Knowledge: Develop and deliver educational programs to enhance product knowledge for customers, dealers, and your internal company team.

- Dealer: Focus on educating the dealer about the potential of EB verticals to improve their performance and sales effectiveness.

- Approach a collaborative way of working with the Branch Head and team members for plumbers, contractors, Architects, and dealer meets as and when required.
