About this role:
This role entails leading a team and taking ownership of all new and existing users in a designated region or product and helping them find the most optimal workspace solutions which in-turn would help them make progress on their respective journeys and pursue growth. The TL will be in charge of the product's revenue and all aspects related to it - covering team leadership, user acquisition, user retention, cross functional collaboration and building growth centric and sustainable business processes.
The role needs individuals who are diligent, user-centric, solution-oriented, have an analytical bent of mind and a strong desire to grow professionally. We love people who like going above and beyond to deliver results and don't shy away from taking up new challenges and responsibilities.
Roles and responsibilities:
Monthly revenue planning and delivery:
- Driving growth by consistent delivery of revenue with the right processes
- Splitting and aligning targets amongst team members;
- Planning delivery by week and tracking daily
- Ensuring engagement & retention of existing users and tracking revenue realisation & recording
- Building and driving growth-centric and sustainable business processes
- Ensuring delivery with the right processes and conversion metrics
- Building a culture of accurate forecasting and driving discipline around daily reporting across all systems like internal reports and the CRM
- Evolving the gold standard of execution by constant improvement on all parameters and being on the constant lookout on introducing new processes
- P&L ownership and picking up cross functional projects
- Taking ownership of all aspects of the concerned P&L by leading cross functional conversations on Supply, Marketing and Finance
- Developing strong relations with spaces and business partners
- Deep diving into system data and identifying gaps and growth opportunities
- Mentoring team members and enabling their growth
- Leading by example and building a culture of shared goals, shared learnings and shared achievements within the team
- Ensuring that each member of the team is continuously contributing, learning and growing their career in their desired direction
- Being a Culture Champion for the company and ensuring that each member of the team lives by the company values in everything that they do
Travel:
- Frequent in-city travel to meet partner HQs, corporate clients
- All travelling expenses will be paid by the company at standard industry norms
Requirements:
- Fondness for one's craft, people who truly love what they do
- Ability to take ownership of business and revenue targets
- Understanding of Business P&Ls and experience of handling one for 2-3 years
- Demonstrated excellence in sales and driving business processes
- Strong leadership traits and experience of leading teams
- Analytical thinking and comfort with slicing and dicing data to extract insights
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution oriented thinking and the ability to think on one's feet
- Humility, perseverance and a desire to grow
