- BE Mechanical with 15 years of experience.
- Responsible for the generation of business and profitability of a branch.
- Coordinates and support sales, planning and installing team to monitor the process and ensure the growth of the project smoothly.
- Responsible for the overall sales of the branch
- Ensure smooth and efficient process of planning and installing
- Monitor collection of payment
- Focus on customer satisfaction
- Influence architects, consultant, PMCs to increase the business
- Ensure date of billing and to clear the payment within 40-45 days
- Handle dealer efficiently and achieve the targets of sales
- Appoint new channels and dealers, terminate dealer if not performing as desired
- Responsible in negotiating terms of payment, Capital Employed & ensure positive cash-flow
- Responsible for sales forecasting
- Responsible for territory management, improving sales as well as market share
- Knowledge of Heat Load capacity is preferred
- Must know the technical specification of the products ( VRF, Chillers )
