The candidate will be expected to work with National Head - Enterprise Business and handle Sales Operations & Analytics for Enterprise vertical for accounts pan-India
Role : Manager - Sales Operations & Analytics
Days of Working : 6 days working, with 2 Saturdays off in a month
Location : Noida
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to handle Sales Operations & Analytics for Enterprise vertical for accounts pan-India
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales planning & operations for getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts
- Using Analytics and Market intelligence to ensure SOB increase across accounts & drive sales & operations across accounts pan-India
- Plan, execute and monitor operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Analyze data to extract information which needs to be present to CXO's and Investors
Desired candidate traits:
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations/ Analytics
- Experience in SQL & Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp analytical & presentation skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Startup experience would be an added advantage
- B.Tech & MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute
Requirement:
1. Overall 3+ yrs of experience in Analytics, Consulting or as EAs to CXOs.
2. Should have worked in analytics (either pre or post MBA) for at-least 1.5 yrs and should have solid experience in SQL and excel
3. Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. B.Tech & MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes. If MBA is not there, I would expect Tier 1 engg & 3 yrs of experience as Analyst
Candidates working as EAs to CXOs will be most preferred for this role
