- Responsible to achieve Individual predefined sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Designing Business Development Strategy for the region assigned
- Closely track Competition activity
- Preparation of any Feasibility Report
- Developing, Managing & Retention Key Accounts in the assigned Region
- Ensure Sales process discipline
- Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports
- Weekly review of the sales activity with Sales Head of the Region
- Generating leads and prospects
- Continuously seeking improvement in procedures and services to create more efficient and cost effective operations
Strategy, Business Plan & Road map
- Expand & explore new territories
- Increase the profit margin of existing customers
- Clearly understand and ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies
- Identify, quantify and develop opportunities for new business in assigned territory
- Support lane development strategies.
- Present our strength areas & highlight key achievement of organization to make an impression with customer
- Develops continuous improvement methodology in key areas of sales, profit and growth Optimize the conversion of business opportunities
- Maintain good relationship with operations team, external partners and customers
- Ensure the payments are collected within the agreed credit period
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
