Manager / Sr. Manager Sales & Marketing for Composite & Electronics

- Support the Global Product managers by executing the Marketing plan for the epoxy business.

- Value creation through product marketing strategy, product pricing, product promotion, business analysis as per regional & Global market requirement. Creating visibility for epoxy products and brand promotion. Support CRM modules and user team as CRM administrator. The S&M(C&E) develops and foresees implementation of macro level marketing strategy to leverage from new business initiatives, life cycle management for new products and technologies. SM (C&E) facilitates efficient & seamless collaboration and information exchange across the organization specifically R&D/ADC and the regional Sales & Marketing teams.

Products - Pricing :

1. Implement the segment specific pricing strategy in coordination with GPM and Regional S&M Managers.

2. Conduct contribution and gap analysis for price variance on monthly basis and support implementation of the corrective action for increased profitability of the segment.

New product launches and life cycle management :

1. Co-ordinate with R&D/ADC and for introduction and launch of new products and technologies.

2. Identify critical USPs and promote the same through technical literatures, presentations, leaf lets and success stories for horizontal replication.

3. Product life cycle management Brand Building & Marketing Communications (shared responsibility with marketing coordinator) :

1. Manage booth design, coordinate with service provider and regional sales team for organization of Exhibitions & Trade Shows,

2. Manage budget for these events.

3. Facilitate product promotion in industry by using integrated marketing communication tools
