Manager/Senior Manager - Sales/Leasing - Real Estate

Position : Manager/ Sr. Manager - Sales (Leasing)

Location : New Gurgaon

Experience : 7 - 10 year

Salary : 10 -18 L PA

Work Format : 6 days working.

Required : Residential and Commercial Leasing experience is a must

Role and Responsibilities :

- Strong hands on experience in Sales & Commercial Leasing, Property Acquisition, Preparing Proposals & Presentation and Space on Hire & Negotiating

- Should be well versed with Marketing Communication, Identifying prospective clients along with Brand Promotion & Market Research

- Should have strong expertise in-Leasing Transaction & Lead Follow-up, Customer Relations & Retail Solution

- Smart, Excellent communications skills.

- Excellent knowledge of PPT, Excel and PowerPoint.
