Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver on sales plans for mass market customers

- Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at mass market segments to achieve revenue targets.

- Provide strong leadership to sales operations staff

- Guide, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and effective execution of sales plans.

- Identify and prioritize geographic growth opportunities

- Evaluate potential growth areas geographically and prioritize them based on market potential and strategic fit.

- Responsible for new business acquisition and development

- Actively prospect and acquire new clients by understanding their needs and presenting suitable IT solutions.

- Ensure effective decision-making related to profitability and cost control:

- Make informed decisions that optimize profitability while managing costs effectively within the sales operations.

- Close deals and manage payment collections from customers

- Personally handle negotiations, finalize deals, and ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

- Conduct weekly reviews and maintain customer relations

- Regularly review sales performance metrics, provide feedback to the team, and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

- Enhance sales strategies and product knowledge through training

- Continuously improve sales tactics, techniques, and product knowledge through training sessions and workshops.

Must-Have Skills:

- IT Solution Sales: Demonstrated experience in selling IT solutions, understanding customer requirements in the IT services sector.

- Datacenter Solutions: Knowledge of datacenter technologies and solutions, including infrastructure requirements.

- IT Storage, Server Networking: Proficiency in IT storage solutions, server configurations, and networking essentials.

- Hardware like Switches, Routers, Firewall: Familiarity with networking hardware such as switches, routers, and firewall systems.

- Wireless Solutions and Voice Technologies: Experience with wireless networking solutions and voice communication technologies.

- Must be from a similar industry: Background in IT services and solutions sales, particularly within infrastructure and enterprise systems.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Boardroom Solutions Sales: Experience in selling boardroom technology solutions, understanding the needs of corporate environments.

- Experience with Corporate, Govt, Banking & Institutional Sales: Familiarity with sales processes and requirements specific to corporate, government, banking, and institutional clients.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Extensive track record in IT services and solutions sales, specifically focusing on infrastructure and enterprise systems.
