Job Introduction :

- Execute overall BD strategy by leveraging the solution offering, customer value proposition to target potential customers

- Execute sales strategy for key & core accounts.

- Undertake sales account planning based on market information and existing client data

- Reach out to prospective clients through various channels (cold call, meetings etc.) to generate new sales leads

- Support and lead bid process where required, including bid writing, finalization of commercials, customer negotiation, proposal submission and contract finalization.

Job Responsibility:

- Sales Performance Management

- Direct own efforts to ensure new sales targets in terms of volume and revenues are met

- Provide input to hub field sales manager to improve sales efficiency/ productivity
