The Sales Operations SME shall be responsible to drive Sales Operations across Sales organizations within Organisation.
- To ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company's sales teams by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and various sales enablement tools and programs
- To drive commercial excellence through rigorous Sales MIS, facilitate organization to upgrade the ability in converting leads to pipeline, pipeline to order and order to revenue through robust deployment of salesforce and other tools/system.
- Facilitate and Drive use of Salesforce.com across sales teams
- Work on sales org deployment across all regions to ensure both appropriate coverage and capacity to attain AOP
- Identify Training needs for Sales associates and drive Product and Sales Competency Trainings
- Provide valuable data analytics, predictive data to Business for decision making
- Prepare KPI based Dashboards for regular reviews
