We have an urgent role with a Leading German Group into Engine Oils based at Bangalore
Role : Mgr./Sr Manager - Sales - Engine Oils
Location : Bangalore

Profile :
- To profitably market products within the assigned geographic region through regular visits, you would
- Promote the sale of Automotive Lubricants with key focus on Heavy - Duty Fleets including Long - Haul Heavy Trucks and Buses, Agricultural Equipment, and other sectors such as MCO and PCMO.
- Maintain and expand customer / distributor base; build and maintain rapport with key customers / distributors; identify new business opportunities.
- Support customers / channel partners by coordinating technical support and marketing requests to the relevant departments.
- Maintain competitive information on price, credit terms, sales volume and market share, competitive marketing activity etc. to enable successful negotiation with customer / distributor.
- Receive and indent orders from customers / distributors, liaise with technical, commercial, and logistic departments to ensure order received, processed, and delivered on time.
- Meet the division sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; providing inputs to the annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Ensure all statutory and company required paperwork is up to date. Ensure appropriate and legal contracts are issued to distributors and performance are measured against terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan sales promotional activities and to organize trade shows and exhibitions and to develop an e-Shop.
QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's or Degree in suitable business or engineering related fields with Post Graduation in Business Management.
- 10 & above years of experience in Automotive Lubricants or allied FMCG coupled with good sales & marketing expertise at a global company with minimum 2 years' experience in distributor management.
- Territory management, should have handled regional sales comprising of at least 2/3 Indian states.
- Self - driven and motivated, results - oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions
