Manager/Sr. Manager:

1. Supervising business growth & development with an eagle eye on the bottom line.

2. Developing business driving &communication strategies and assisting clients with future planning.

3. Assessing the business category and exploring expansion potentials.

4. Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 5-8 years of relevant experience in client success.

2. Experience in live or social commerce is a plus.

3. In-depth knowledge in media.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Managed a team of min 2-3 members.
