Manager OR Sr Manager - Sales
- Managing top Flexible Packaging Key accounts, understanding & resolving their technical and application related queries and timely executing the same
- Identifying new business opportunities and customers by establishing strong coordination
- Improving brand image, creating USPs by marketing activities in assigned region
- Track competing products and changing trends
- Create value proposition for Inks/Adhesives among customers - to increase their productivity & overall throughput
- Work closely with Technology and Application team for product development strategy to ensure rich pipe line, new projects and ongoing trends
- Organize successful trials and subsequent launches in the market
- Track / monitor performance feedback and sales of new launched products
- Identification and establishment of dealers for assigned regions
- First Time Right : Responsible for guiding the correct - first time right product only after thorough knowledge of customers' needs, his machineries and our product performance.
- ISO Compliance : Legal & other compliance should be taken care of for all the products getting delivered outside the country. Holds complete responsibility for safe delivery of material, and country specific requirements too.
- Complaints : Ensure that the customer complaints & sales rejections are reduced to Zero, by proper communication and knowledge sharing through TDS' & MSDS', correct selection of transport media. Initially be present at customer site to ensure safe handling of material. Also in case there are any complaints, the redressal for the same should be in the stipulated timelines.
- Environment Friendly : As much possible green chemistry should be promoted by offering energy efficient products wherever possible.
