Role : Manager / Senior Manager - Sales / Business Development

Reporting to : Regional Manager

Role Type : Individual Contributor, Key-Accounts, Sales, Business Development

Academics : Graduate in any field and full-time Post Graduate in Business Management (MBA) preferably from a reputed institution / university specialized in HR

Designation : Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Managers. Min

Experience : 2 years minimum to 10 years maximum preferred.

Experience : An ideal candidate will be one who has relevant experience in Large Private Companies / Corporate Sales / Key Account Sales / HR Consulting Firms / Training Companies / Assessments / Tests / HRIS / Recruitment Firms / Executive Search Companies and OD Companies

- The selected candidate can expect a good fixed CTC in-line with C&B in the Industry. In addition, the company provides attractive performance based incentives linked to results. Besides, outstanding sales managers performing consistently can expect a fast track career growth path in the Organization.

- The open positions are currently for our office in Chennai and Hyderabad. While local candidates will be preferred at these locations (Chennai and Hyderabad), sales professionals in Bangalore, Coimbatore and Cochin are encouraged to apply for immediate / deferred open positions in those locations.

The JD for the role will be, but not limited to the following :

- Create and Build strong business relationships with Heads of HR, CEO / COO in Medium & Large Corporates, to provide Effective HR Solutions from a suite of products that we have.

- Responsible for growing sales revenues through Consulting Services to the Existing Clients (80% and 20% from New Clients)

- Support key-clients with solutions & services in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management (broadly), Employee Engagements, Identifying High Potential, Providing Training Solutions, Structuring Training Programs etc.,

- Prepare and Own action plans to achieve goals in line with the business objectives.

- Listen and Understand Client Issues clearly and address these issues with effective Thomas Solutions.

- Prepare strong & compelling client presentations and approach documents based on data collected during client interactions.

- Collect all dues from clients within approved credit limits and timelines.

- Monitor, collect and report, market and competitor information, trends, etc,
