We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of "Senior Sales Manager".

Hiring Company-Global Manufacturer of High Pressure Compressors,Auxiliary Equipment and Air Purification Systems.

Qual.:BE-Mechanical with MBA in marketing will prefer)

Work Exp.-10 to 15Years.

CTC-As per industry norms.

Working Days-5

Job Location-MIDC,Pune.

Proven sales and business development work experience in the Air Compressors, Generators, Valves, Pumps or Hydraulic & Pneumatic industrial products manufacturing business environment highly preferred.

Key responsibilities:

- The responsibility will cover all aspects of sales business formulating business plans, resource requirement & market strategies, brand projection (advertisements & expos.), customer engagement & retention etc.

- Supporting & driving direct sales team and dealers for achieving the set targets. Preparing required sales tools & imparting training.

- Enquiry generation, preparation of cost sheets, preparing techno-commercial quotations, attending techno-commercial discussions/negotiations with the customers, preparing price lists etc.

- Identifying prospects for business, conceptualizing &implementing the action plans/policies and achieving business goals with respect to revenue generation, profitability etc.

- Providing technical & commercial support to other sales engineers (including dealer's sales personnel), training them to enable them to carry out their job effectively and to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Regular customer contact to make the company's products the first choice of customers, to review the quality & performance of the company's products & services, to assess the market trends,to give feedback to the company based on the trends for product/strategy development.

- Maintaining a strong connect with Group companies for techno-commercial support, new product development & launches.

- Dealer Management, measurement & assessment of their performance, establish target-oriented and effective dealership network, suggest changes in the dealership network based on the business requirements/dealer's assessment including cancellation/appointment of dealerships.
