Role: Manager / Senior Manager- RPO (G6&G7) Domain Expertise - Campus Process Management

Reporting Manager: This is a people manager role and position will report to Service Delivery Leader or AVP - RPO
Job Role:
- Lead & Drive Location / Locations P&L for the assigned accounts
- Responsible for Team Revenues with client acquisition experience.
- Deliver across products of Lateral, RPO & Projects
- Drive People Productivity & Client Management Individually
- Sustain Revenues Monthly / Quarterly for the assigned accounts
Job Requirements:
Essential Requirements
- 7+ years of professional technical recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience + MBA (HR)
- Should have led 2-3 member teams for atleast 1-3 years
- Ability to handle a variety of position types/business groups/geographies effectively and independently
- Proven background in hiring for highly technical roles
- Strong background in sourcing passive technical talent utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and other networking tools
Desirable Requirements
- Campus Hiring overview and Early talent process.
- Campus connect and Relationship building and continuation with Tier 1 - Tier 2 Colleges across India.
- Preferred experience Engineering Schools .
- Ability to lead large teams and work directly with the teams on their day-to-day conversions.
- Should be able to drive and lead large customers independently thus increasing client wallet share.
- Plan, Strategize & build avenues / strategies for improvisation & scale numbers month on month
- An Excellent Leader with knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including requirement gathering,
- Requirement analysis, sourcing, interviewing, selling, salary negotiations, offering and post offer follow-ups.
- Should have developed, driven, and executed comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche Candidates in limited Talent Pool.
- Utilized cost effective tools to reduce average spend per hire and decrease cycle times.
- Hire & Re-hire Specialist Recruiters and Teams to build a Subject Matter Expert Team .
